We are working diligently to pause your payments. These are difficult times for Golds and the world. Due to COVID-19, we had to let go of more than half of our team, which makes the process slower than usual.
Like many other businesses, we were not prepared to deal with a situation like the one we are facing. Our system only allows us to freeze accounts manually (one-by-one) and our collectors are saturated. If you are facing problems with our system, please know that we will take care of you.
We value our members and guarantee that we will make things right for you if you were charged during the time we were closed. We will make sure you receive credit for what you were charged for (Personal trainer or memberships)
